Your position as Lead Back-end Engineer
As our Lead Back-end Developer, you play a central role in shaping the technical foundation of our platform. You work hands-on on complex backend challenges while taking ownership of scalability, performance, and architectural decisions. At the same time, you guide a small team of developers and help them grow, technically and professionally, to flex your problem-solving muscles, bring your ideas to life, and contribute directly to accelerating the energy transition.
