Role Purpose
Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving longterm success, and helping clients get the most out of their software solutions? Energy One is inviting expressions of interest for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing global team.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers throughout their entire journey - from onboarding and training through to renewal and ongoing optimisation. You’ll ensure a seamless customer experience, resolve escalations with confidence, and work closely with our development teams to provide both functional and technical support.
You will play a key role in customer retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities, developing customerfacing resources, and leading projects related to new clients, new functionalities, and evolving market needs.
What You’ll be Doing
- Manage customer accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to renewal.
- Take ownership of escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee customer onboarding to deliver a smooth and positive start.
- Develop and implement upsell strategies to drive growth and maximize value.
- Foster customer retention through proactive engagement and relationship building.
- Handle customer relations with respect to both functional and technical aspects, ensuring their needs are fully supported.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate client documentation and developing a comprehensive, customer-facing knowledge base
- Project management for new customers / new functionalities / market changes
- Provide functional and technical support to customers in collaboration with the development teams
What you Bring
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong client engagement and relationshipbuilding experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Being fluent in English is a must have
- Experience in the energy sector
- Experience with upselling and customer retention strategies
- Confidence delivering onboarding and software demonstrations
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools
- Bonus: French language skills
