We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth and expand Eliq’s footprint across the European energy market.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll own the execution of our partnership strategy — identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships with energy tech providers, platforms, and ecosystem players. You’ll also help build the foundations of this function while working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing.

📍 Remote within Europe (EU ±1 hour timezone)

What you’ll do

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships across the energy ecosystem
• Own deals end-to-end, from first contact to signed agreements
• Build joint value propositions and co-sell motions with internal teams
• Drive partnership revenue and grow partner-generated ARR
• Manage a portfolio of partners across multiple utility projects
• Build and maintain a strong partnership pipeline
• Shape frameworks for how we evaluate and scale partnerships

About you

• 7+ years in partnerships, BD, or commercial roles in energy/utilities
• Track record closing enterprise deals (€50k+)
• Strong commercial negotiation and partner development skills
• Able to articulate value, handle objections, and quantify impact
• Experience owning partnerships end-to-end
• Comfortable working cross-functionally
• Familiar with European energy markets and willing to travel
