E-world energy & water has been the meeting place for the European energy industry since 2001. As an information platform for the energy industry, E-world brings together international decision- makers in Essen every year. With 980 exhibitors and around 33,000 visitors in 2025, it is the leading trade fair for the European energy industry.
One of the main topics at the trade fair is the energy and heating transition. The success of this also depends on the availability of enough skilled workers. E-world has been addressing this topic since 2005 and created with the Career Day a successful recruiting event for the energy industry.
Young professionals from the fields of economics, engineering, mechanical engineering and IT are invited to visit E-world on the third day of the trade fair, get to know the industry at first hand and exchange ideas with attractive employers.
