Student Worker as Customer Support / Technical Consultant

Since 2011, we are using artificial intelligence to drive forward the energy transition. We are a leading provider of forecasts for power generation from renewable energies. Our software enables the optimal use of wind and solar energy in 30 countries worldwide.

Working Student as Customer Support / Technical Consultant Renewable Energy

You’ll be a good fit for us if you enjoy analysing and solving technical challenges and would like to work at the heart of our renowned clients’ operations in the energy sector.

As a key member of our support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to the operation of our sophisticated products. Through your feedback to our DevOps team, you’ll help to further improve our products and tailor them more closely to our clients’ needs.

Your role

  • You will manage key client matters independently, handling both communication and implementation, whilst always having the team by your side.
  • You will understand how our prestigious clients in the energy sector operate and help them get the most out of our products.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues and the specialist departments, contribute your own ideas and play an active role in the continuous improvement of
  • our support processes.

Your qualifications

  • Current enrolment as a student in computer science or another related subject (e.g. STEM subjects)
  • Proficiency in German and English at B2 level, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or other spreadsheet software
  • Basic knowledge of Python or another object-oriented programming language
  • Ideally, experience with RegEx, Unix-style tools, Kubernetes
